resumes and personal paperwork, stage presentation (including walking and posing), helping
each client to develop an individual style from the clothing they wear to the way they present
themselves and most importantly: mentally preparing each client for their desired job and goal.
All these tools are what Kaetlin believes help a client be successful in their competition, but also
allows the client to utilize these tools throughout their lives.

Kaetlin has helped numerous young women reach their goals in the pageant world, many of her
former clients have held state and regional titles. Kaetlin is thrilled and honored to share her passion and help to empower women as they work towards their goals.

Kelly O’Grady: Interview & Platform Strategist

Kelly began her journey with KP Consulting competing in the Miss USA system -- she sought to change career paths, and knew pageants allowed women unique opportunities. On her second try at the title, she was crowned Miss Massachusetts USA 2019 and went on to compete at the Miss USA pageant. Now transitioning into coaching, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to mentor and empower other young women as they pursue their own personal and professional journeys.

Kelly's career experience covers a number of areas. She is currently an on-air correspondent for the Fox Business Network, focusing on the most impactful and nationally relevant stories out of the west coast. She also holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to Fox, Kelly was the Chief Correspondent and Head of Video at dot.LA, where she served as a guest contributor on national TV networks. She developed deep media expertise as a member of Disney's Corporate Strategy team and a management consultant at McKinsey. While at Disney, she helped build the company’s direct-to-consumer streaming efforts and worked on some of the industry's most important M&A transactions. Kelly also spent time as a TV reporter for NESN's Dirty Water TV.

With her education and experience in the TV, corporate and pageant worlds, Kelly specializes in interview training, paperwork optimization, and mindset preparation. Additionally, she is also an expert in platform development, having launched her own successful speaking, mentorship and social media movement, "Here to Slay" – a program utilizing lessons from her professional experiences to advance the mission that women should not feel compelled to change themselves to fit society’s definition of success. They can be strong and intelligent leaders while also embracing their femininity and the incredible power that comes with being a woman. With KP Consulting, Kelly is eager to help women of all ages highlight their complexities and be their authentic selves on their own journeys.
